Smooth Hair Recipe:
- Cleanse- Dove Oxygen Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner Remember my rules for shampooing correctly: use the shampoo on the roots only and the conditioner from the middle to the ends. I love this Shampoo & Conditioner because it's light weight enough to give you volume, but still hydrating too.
- Prep- TresEmme Heat Tamer Spray This is one of the best heat sprays out there. It protects from heat without making hair crunchy, win-win!
- Style- TresEmme Extra Hold Gel This is a crucial step that many women forget (or are scared to try) Apply a nickel size amount of a firm hold gel on the roots to amp up the volume, but also to help resist frizz when sweat and humidity are in play. And don't forget the nape of your neck and by your ears where we tend to sweat first. Use a round or flat brush and a nozzle on your blow dryer. Be sure and keep it aimed towards the floor at all times for a super smooth finish.
- Finish TresEmme Keratin Smooth Hairspray Finish the look and lock in the style with this medium hold hair spray. It promotes shine and helps prevent frizz as well.
