
Skincare is a HUGE part of my life. Probably yours too, since you're reading this.
Lately though, I've been thinking how the majority of our skincare routines' happen at NIGHT. I mean, I spend a solid 20 minutes each night 'taking my face off' before I go to bed. And although I know how important these steps are to having beautiful skin, I realized that I wasn't giving the same care to my skin in the MORNINGS. Which doesn't make much sense considering day time is when people actually SEE me.
So, what should you put on your face in the AM to continue those great habits from the night before? Surprise, surprise- I am going to recommend a Vitamin C serum yet again. Put this glorious stuff on in the AM and let the goodness sink in and work for you throughout the day. The serum should be the first thing you apply after washing your face in the morning. It will soak into the outer layers of skin and go to work, shrinking pores, filling in fine lines, and boosting collagen.
Since I've started focusing on my morning routine, and not just my nighttime one- I have seen major improvements in the radiance of my skin. I don't feel like I am just faking a glow with my makeup, I actually feel like the skin itself is more glowy. So I am going to keep it up!
